Yinka received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Franklin & Marshall College. Following graduation, Yinka worked in administration and marketing, as well as providing technical support for several architectural and design firms before beginning his career in design.

Prior to his work at Haute Architecture, he worked at John Gillis Architects on a number of large-scale new residential construction projects, including a private residence in Gardiner, NY, a private residence in Olathe, Kansas, and several private residences, as well as some commercial projects in both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Yinka has also worked on several commercial projects, including a 9,000 SF office and showroom in Brooklyn. In addition, he has worked on numerous large-scale residential renovation projects throughout New York City as well as several custom furniture and lighting designs.
